Our community safety class for women features realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques from Krav-Maga. EmpowHer Women’s Self-Defense gives participants the confidence they need to fight back in a dangerous situation.

EmpowHer Self-Defense is held Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm.
