Empower Martial Arts

Our karate groups help youth reduce aggressive tendencies, provide positive peers, and enhance self-esteem.

Karate has proven to build confidence, respect, coordination, behavior, and direction for participants.

Empower Martial Arts is held Wednesdays 3:30pm-4:30pm for ages 6-11 and 4:30pm-5:30pm for ages 12-16.
