Steps to HOPE assists survivors of domestic violence who want to obtain an Order of Protection to stay safe from an abusive spouse or partner.

Our staff works with you to complete the necessary paperwork in order to file for an Order of Protection, as well as offer insight on what to expect before, during, and after the court hearing. To learn if you are eligible for an Order of Protection, please call 828-894-2340.
